Have you ever had your cement or Tamiya Panel Accent spilled over? This is a generic cement base for both Tamiya and Mr. Hobby to stop those spill which is no fun to clean up.
There are two versions. One is for Tamiya and something similar in that size. Another one is for Mr. Hobby which is a slightly bigger seating placement.
The Tamiya version has a snug fit while the Mr. Hobby has a loose fit since the dimension of both varies between bottles.
