Cement Block Splitter

• The blocks will be loaded and unloaded using the handling system on the machine. • Automatic roller conveyor to feed the cement blocks to the feeding piston. • The feeding piston has the ability to receive the cement blocks from the automatic roller conveyor at pre-calibrated positions to ensure that all blocks of different sizes will be centered along the bed width. • The feeding piston has the ability to center the blocks (with any size) under the top blade splitting line. The end of piston stroke will be limited by a calibrated position switch that will stop feeding the block at the proper position and retract back the piston to be ready to receive another block.
