Ceriani Lathe Bellows MOD

This Mod to Ceriani Lathe was made to preserve guides from chips. Lathe has little original gasket for me insufficient to protect. I buy a bellows on Arceurotrade (http://www.arceurotrade.co.uk/Catalogue/Machine-Spares/Machine-Bellows/Concertina-Bellows-200mm-x-40mm---Laminated-Fabric-084-030-00500) and build same part to fit it to the lathe. All parts was made with 0.5 nozzle, 0.25 layer, 50% infill. The main support to the carriage has 2 gasket made with TPU, one between bellows and support (flat gasket) and one between support and slide X. This gasket with swallowtail must be insert in the appropriate seat of the main support, it need a lot of patience to insert. Placing the main support be careful that gasket crawl without too much force on X slide than fix it wit 2 3MA screw, you need to do 2 holes in the carriage. On the other side fix the second support with 2 holes 3MA on the head of the mandrel maintaining the bellows in line with carriage.
