CFJ Sailboat Bow Bumper

This is a Bow Bumper for the CFJ sailboat designed to be printed in TPU. This has been tested for a couple years in an instructional setting and works at least as well as the ones from Zim, though the TPU tends to yellow in the sun.

I recommend using Polymaker Polyflex 90a TPU, 2.1mm walls (5 perimeters with a 0.4mm nozzle), 6-10 top shell layers (1-1.5mm top layer thickness), and 20% gyroid infill.

This will just barely fit diagonally across the bed of a Bambu Labs X1/P1 when printed with supports+raft, and could also be printed vertically on a printer with at least a 300mm Z height.
