Chain mail - hexagonal

This chainmail has the similar weave to the ring mail I designed (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3227371), but it has hexagonal links and is much easier to render and slice. It also does not need the funky bridge that transitions from straight to curved, so the links are vertically symmetrical.

The SCAD file is included, you can change all dimensions of the links, just watch out for adjacent links merging near the corners. There is a fiddly fudge parameter that can be used to move the links relative to each other, but some combinations of link sizes and widths just don't work.
