Chain Silencer aka Chainslapper

Hello fellow mountain & gravel biker(s)… even roadcyclists, … but i guess you are not suffering under the “chain slapping on your chainstay and create a lot of noise” syndrom.. if you do so, here is a easy, super lightweight and self printable solution! Compared to other, comercial solutions it is super leigthweight comming at 15g / piecePrinting is easy, as it is just printed flat without any support. If you encounter some bridging problems, dont worry, it is not causing any issues in use and you can not see it when it is mounted. mounting is easy. just wrap it around your chainstay and “ziptie” it with the given holes and cut off the excess material. before printing check if your maximum circumference of your chainstay is 150mm V1 is running for several months including a one week mtb trip in italy, so durability is no issue.
