A simple stopper for office chair wheels. I wanted it because my chair kept slipping when I wanted to brake during sim racing, but you can use it for any purpose. You can buy it on Amazon for $13, but since I have a lot of spare TPU, I decided to print it instead. I used Fiberlogy 40D, but you can use any TPU you have available at home. I recommend using 80A or 90A. The radius of the inner hole is 30 mm (60 mm wheel). The published print profile is specifically tuned for Fiberlogy fiberflex 40D, but since it is close to classic 90A TPU, it should work without any problems. If you have never printed with TPU before, I recommend loosening the screw on the extruder slightly so that it extrudes properly. I also recommend lubricating the pad with glue so that the print can be removed safely and easily. It takes about 3hr to print but it set this way so it can
