Champion Clock has a very complex and detailed design with a rather ragged appearance. He is clad in a velvet-colored coat and a velvet loincloth flowing down from his waist with protective golden guards mounted on each side of his waist. His upper body is covered with extremely thick yet rusty and dirty golden armor, which features small holes on each, and his lower body features metal guards on his knees. He also wears metal boots that feature spiked tips. His energy core is quite huge in comparison to the rest of his upper body, similar to the core of Titan Clockman 1.0; the center of the core also appears to be extended inwards. Protruding from his back are what appear to be spears with a torn flag flowing down from each spear.
His clock face glows bright yellow, and both sides of his head sprout horn-like structures, and mounted atop his head is a crown made of golden crystal-like structures. Lastly, he wields two gigantic golden swords that have a blunt edge rather than a pier
