Charge Token for Mystics in Arkham Horror LCG.

Instructions
---------------
* If you plan to paint the token, print `Charge Token.stl`.

* If you plan to 3D print in colours:
- print `Charge Token-2.stl`
- remove the 4 pips around the token (leave the token part on the bed)
- replace `Charge Token-2.stl` with `Charge Token-3.stl` (make sure it's in the same position as the prior object) and print it
- remove the 4 pips around the token (leave the token part on the bed)
- replace `Charge Token-3.stl` with `Charge Token-4.stl` (make sure it's in the same position as the prior object) and print it
- remove the 4 pips around the token and the token itself, now ready!
