I made this charging station so that my family could keep their tablets and phones off the counters. I clamped it to a hutch in my kitchen. To print it at the size I needed, I had to divide it into three pieces. It is possible to print this at 80% on the Prusa i3 Mk3 and print it in one piece. In retrospect, this design uses a lot of support material and I am going to make a version that uses less soon. It is important to print this on a decent machine. The dove-tail joints have a tolerance of only 0.1mm. I had no trouble on the Prusa but I did have issues on my AnyCubic Kossel.. I had to sand the joints quite a bit to get them to fit. I even had to PLA Weld the pieces together to make sure it did not come apart.
