The Charterstone game has an index card box where the cards are consumed as the game is played. This gadget expands to fill the empty space to keep the cards from falling over and getting out of order.
All test prints were done on a printer with a 0.5 nozzle, however, it should work for a 0.4 nozzle as well. Use the printer bed picture as a guideline for orientation of the parts. Be sure to slow the print speed and use good airflow for the Pivot part. I put support under the center of the Handle. Everything else should print without support.
Print two of the Plate, and about 6 - 8 Extensions, or as needed.
This project requires a 3x7mm screw for the Handle and a 4x28mm compression spring.
