I designed this set to fit a chess board with 55x55mm squares.
Piece size (h = height; b = base diameter)
Pawn: h = 58mm; b = 30mm
Rook: h = 64mm; b = 36mm
Knight: h = 71.5mm; b = 34mm
Bishop: h = 81.5mm; b = 34mm
Queen: h = 86 mm; b = 38mm
King: h = 95mm; b = 39mm
I don't have a 3D printer and I don't know how well this pieces would print. So if you have any problems feel free to write a comment or modify the pieces yourself.
