Chess Style Cane Handle

A chess themed cane for BDSM. Knurled grip for extra grip. The Cane in the project photo uses 5/16" fiberglass rod (reused driveway marker rod), but you could also use 1/4" rod as well.

There are two front inserts provided, one with space for a bushing and one without. The bushing is optional and mostly decorative, but should add a bit of reinforcement on the front if needed.

Shouldn't need any supports for this project. Held together with super glue (see attached picture). Glue on the bottom insert and ring first. The handle is filled with 2 part epoxy to hold the rod in place. You can slide the top insert and ring over the rod and glue it as the epoxy dries. Print a second centering insert to slip over the rod and down its length. This should keep everything concentric (just don't glue it on haha. slide it off the end when all the glue and epoxy is dry).
