So i got tired of having to mess with my loose sun visors on the truck. I had a friend who had a non broken visor and i took a look at his to come up with this idea. You need to print two of the visor half pieces and one collar per visor. On the collar i did print the second one at 99% and it fit alot tighter. You remove your visor, make sure the base does not have any pieces sticking up. It has to be a flat area for the plastic welding to take good effect. You combine two half pieces and then slip the collar over. You want to push them down flat on the visor screw bracket to not allow any slack. Then you plastic weld (Im aware the pic of my plastic weld looks horrendous!) the inner to the outer and the base of the collar to the mounting piece of the visor. The title says temp fix because i have not had much time to test the theory. Feel free to download the model or maybe suggest other things that can be printed for the truck.
