This is not the holder.. These are needed to hold up the Chevy Volt iPhone holder on this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2227364
The forks fit very tightly into the holder and probably will need sanding to fit. A tight fit is important to insure everything stays in place.
The wings on these legs are very thin. They are made to slide into the trim seam on the volt. There is a raised side that will keep them from sliding completely into the seam and getting lost.
