A face shield frame for smaller 3D Printers with 140mm cubed minimum build volume. This design heat bends open to the same dimensions as the 3D Printed Face Shield by Limitless Studio in Chicago that requires a 200x200mm build plate. This version was reversed engineered in Onshape and is coiled inward to fit on a 140x140mm build plate. After printing, this version can be heated then bent to the same exact size of the original design. This remixed design will allow a large number smaller printers in Chicago, especially Flashforge Finders, to print this design increasing overall community PPE output. This Face Shield design is widely accepted by Chicago area institutions as stop gap PPE.
