Chicken Prosthetic

This chicken prosthetic was made for a poor chicken called Princess. Who unfortunately lost her feet due to frostbite over the winter. It was a really fun project to work on and I was so happy when I was told the chicken was a lot more lively with them on. Thought I would share them here if anyone else needs a prosthetic for a poor chicken. There's a moving mechanism that is closed using a piece of string or Velcro. The leg will fit any chicken with a stump diameter of 1 inch or less, Its advisable to line the inside with soft fabric/dressing to stop the plastic directly rubbing on the leg.
