chike bag holder for e-version

As the original thing does not fit to the e-version of the chike bike, here is one that does.
Also, I moved to countersunk bolts as these were available at my local hardware store.
Please see the image for best print orientation. Tip: You have to split the parts into separate objects in your slicer.
