Child-proof Light Switch Lock - Decora Wall Switch

Our grandkid likes to climb on the cat tree and flip light switches on and off for fun. I wanted to child-proof the switches so that adults could still switch them, but my grandson couldn't . I found a lock for the typical style toggle wall switches, but nothing for the Decora light switches we have (the large flat rocker switches often used in North America). I was inspired by Yllonnoce's design for standard toggle wall switches and I came up with this new design that locks the Decora switch in the off position. Pushing the tab to the side allows the switch to turn on and stay on until it is turned off, and locked again. The function can be reversed (locked ON) by installing the lock upside down. You can use the existing switch plate screws to attach the lock. I used PETG, so I know it works with that. PLA should work too, but the release tab may be harder to push. 2024-03-21 EDIT: Reduced width by 2mm for clearance for the switch next to it. Added a mirrored print profile to
