Child Proof Pill Bottle Cap

This is a two part child lock for a pill bottle. The outside of the cap is in ridged and non ridged variant because the ridges can be hard to get right and just add printing time.

I had to print the inside of the cap in 0.15mm layers but thinner layers are better to get the slope on the lock to work better. To help with bridging I set the perimeter count until the indents in the cap are bridged by the perimeters and not infill that causes overhangs.

fit is quite tight but the print does work with PLA
