My 1 year old has hit the stage where he wants to open every door that he see's. I came up with a simple design that snaps over my interior doorknobs so that he can't get them open (yet). No hardware required. A very satisfying *snap into place. May require a very small flat-head screwdriver to pry the 2 halves back apart once assembled. Prints with supports, PLA is fine. Only designed for the odd shaped doorknob type that is shown in the last 2 photos (largest diameter 48mm at the front tapered down to a 24mm neck ~40-45mm back). I'm happy to try to adapt this to other doorknobs if given measurements, but it will be hard to test as these are the only type of doorknobs I have in my home.
