Chinese CNC spindle vacuum

I designed a spindle vacuum for my 3020 CNC router, the spindle vacuum is made for an 500W BLDC spindle but it can work for other chinese spindle as well.

I have also made this spindle vacuum for the 400w DC brushed spindle (view the photo) and i can provided the .stl file, if you ask...

You just need M4 screws and nuts to assemble it and 2 x 10*2 mm magnets for the quick mounting brush part.

For the brush part you need to glue a flexible material in the furrow, i choose to use the inner tube of a bicycle tire that I previously cut out. (view the photo)

Once finish, you just need to connect a standard vacuum cleaner nozzle in the hole and it's works great ; )
