Chip Fan. Clear coolant and chips off the parts before opening the doors. Keeps the operator a little bit drier.
The fan is 5.5" in diameter so be careful that it fits through the opening for the tool changer and make sure it doesn't hit other tools in the tool changer.
I used a 3/4" hex bolt as the axle.
There are two versions. They both work. One probably works better than the other, but I haven't done any scientific testing.
I printed mine with PETG and with a dense infill.
This isn't a new idea. Several companies sell versions of this. But I'm a sucker for 3D printing things.
