Chip Suction for CNC 3018 After the implementation of the cyclone, which was published earlier, I had the opportunity to adapt all chip / dust-forming tools for interaction with this wonderful unit. The simplest upgrade was with a circular saw, it was enough to print and glue the fitting into it. The next step is a disc grinder with a disc diameter of 75 mm, also a sharpening machine, to whith the new motor, etc. And the cyclone also helps a lot from manual processing of parts. Today I finished the adapter for CNC 3018 ... At first I was skeptical about my own idea, but I still wanted to check it out. I thought that the release of chips and dust would not be within the power of the cyclone, and even wanted to rearrange it to a more powerful power supply unit, and the motor with the driver allows you to do this, because now it works at 2/3 of its capabilities, but as it turned out - can reduce the speed of the cyclone, and it still copes. In addition, thanks to the classic design, even dust does not rise to the Hepa filter, it is absolutely clean after several months of almost daily use. In the latter version, without the use of a chip sucker, the whole table would be covered with fine dust, but now you can work with pleasure and without general cleaning...
