EDIT: Because some people's mills didn't work, I decided to rebuild the model. Although my model worked for me, I tested several modifications to improve the function. First of all, I lightened and reduced the rotor blades and then extended the axis of rotation and thus raised the entire rotor higher, which probably helped the most. Last of all, I rebuilt the model on 6 candles as a guarantee of strength.
