Well, it's a ball ;)
You can print it _without_ infill and _without_ support. It has a flat bottom that makes printing easier and the ball able to stand without rolling away.

See my reel in instagram how I printed several of them in a row. A modified the created gcode file by duplicating most of the content used to print a single ball and add following lines in between:
>;REMOVE PRINTED PART START
>G1 E-1 F300;retract the filament a bit to release some of the pressure
>M104 S100;let the extruder cool down a bit
>M140 S0;turn off bed heating
>G0 X100 Y200;move to waiting position (half x-axis, full y-axis)
>G4 P480000;wait 8 Minutes to cool down
>G0 Z5;move head down
>G0 Y0;push printed part off the bed
>;REMOVE PRINTED PART END
(My printer uses a marlin firmware)
The basic idea is to move the printing head behind the printed piece, let the bed cool down, shove the printed piece off the bed and start the next print.
That way I was able to
