This is a mold for recycling 3D printing waste (PLA) to create a simple Christmas tree. It can recycle 21g of PLA at a time. It is recommended to print the mold using PETG-CF. (If you have experience with ASA and ABS printing, they are also excellent materials for making the mold, with minimal thermal deformation during use.)Tools Needed:Oven3M respiratorSilicone baking mat2 G-clamps1 M3 screw (used as an ejection pin)Flathead screwdriverHammerManufacturing Process:Place 21g of PLA into the oven and heat at 210°C for about 10 minutes.Clamp the mold tightly using the G-clamps.Pour the molten plastic into the mold and insert the piston. Apply firm pressure (or step on the piston) for about 20 seconds, then let it rest for 1 minute.
