Cigar Holder

Cigar holder inspired by a design I saw online.I tried to print this model many times, but the bottom layers, even when supported (I don't have AMS so i don't use petg as supporting material for smoothing the layer), are very messy. I share my best slicing settings.If anyone prints this file and can make smoother bottom layer and is willing to share his/her settings or simply can give any advice to improve my print I will be very grateful. Everytime I improve my print, I will update my file, so I can share to everyone the best print possible :)
