Circle Cutter 44mm

This is a 44mm diameter circular cutter designed for a 32mm button maker press. The circle cutter uses three blades of a 9mm box cutter. The advantage of this design compared to models with only one blade is the faster and more precise cut: The three blades stabilize each other against slipping off the paper during cutting. The cut requires only a third of the turn, so you don't have to change your grip during the cut.

Parts Needed:
3x blade pieces of a 9mm box cutter. Carefully break off the blade pieces with two pliers.

Assembly:
1. Insert the blade pieces into each recess of the base with the blade facing outwards. Ensure that each blade piece sits flat in its recess.
2. Insert the blade clamps into each recess of the base. Put on the clamping ring and tighten it gently with less then a quarter turn.
3. Insert the central ring from below.
4. Put the circle cutter onto the holder.
