This design uses a bearing and dowel pin to allow for smooth rotation, while 4 press-fit magnets firmly lock the tray in place at each indexed position—no supports needed for printing.Important Notes:Magnet polarity matters! Each tray uses 2 magnets on the top and 2 on the bottom. Make sure pairs are attracted to each other before gluing. Triple check polarity before committing—incorrect alignment can ruin the locking function.Use CA glue or epoxy to secure magnets in their pockets.Depending on your printer, filament, or tolerances, the bearing and dowel pin holes may need light post-processing.
