Circular French Cleat - with Solid file

This is solid version of the larger of ZacSimmo's nifty design. I reduced the outside diameter of the neck on the puck just a bit, to make sure that it would be clearance on my sloppy printer. I did not replicate the spokes/reticle as it seemed undesirable for my application.
