Ever since I played the game Citizen Sleeper, I've appreciated the hex aesthetic of the dice in the game. I decided to take the hex design used in the game, and create physical dice out of them. The game uses a 7-hex grid with a white-to-yellow background transition to create a unique and easily readable visual language. Unfortunately, this print needs color changes every layer, so it is more wasteful than I would like. But even with the purge, the total comes to less than 100g of filament for either version. I recommend printing multiple die at a time to maximize efficiency. Printing the dice body in a single color would also reduce waste.
