This is a modular city bus toy. It is completely 3d printable, the piece with the biggest area is about 12x9cm, the tallest one about 9cm. The tolerance for pieces that need to fit tightly is 0.1mm, for pieces that need to allow movement (like screws and axles) 0.3mm.

The model is, at least partially modular. This means You can, for example, print a door module for the back part of the bus and have three doors. Or You can print an additional full module (roof, sides and bottom) and make a bus which is a little longer. Also, another reason for the modules was to make the model printable on small machines as well.

The down side of this modularization is that there are a lot of pieces to print (over 80, plus about 90 screws). So this is more of a DIY project, which, hopefully, brings more fun making it than the final result. Write your opinions in the comment sections on this.
