This is a quick model I made for a colleague who makes lots of pottery/clay items - she had a bevel tool and the wire was quite loose on it, so I knocked up a self-tightening version of this which keeps the wire straight and under tension with a little twist of the retaining mechanism. Print the two parts, then slot the retaining cylinder into the body lining up the holes - once done, push it in to make it nearly flush - it shouldn't be completely pressed down, as this locks it into place. It should be pressed down enough to get the wire through the hole in the body, and through the middle of the plug. Using some moderately stiff wire (ideally under 1mm) cut a piece around 60cm long and feed the two ends of the wire through the body and plug as shown - turn the screw while ensuring the wire roughly sits near the rebates, and once it tightens up slightly, push on the diagonal parts of the wires to seat them nicely and help draw the tension out. Once done, and you've tightened up
