Clear Ice Maker

This is a hanger rack for making clear ice. It allows you to hang a silicone ice cube mold inside a cooler to make perfect clear ice. Using the cooler forces the ice to freeze from the top down and that forces the impurities to the bottom. By cutting a hole in the bottom of the molds the ice will force impurities out of the hole in the bottom as it freezes. Using this hanger to hold the molds near the top of the cooler allows the impurities to make their way into the bottom of the cooler. You will have to crack some of the ice surrounding the mold to unmold but it is a lot easier than freezing a block and trying to cut it up.
