I found a plastic clip in the house and I thought I'd model it from scratch. I didn't research it, so there may be others that have done the same, but I modeled this one in Sketchup from scratch.
To make a clip, print two of the clip halves and one spring to create a whole clip. Once printed, place one half into the pivots of the other, and slip the spring through the center openings of the two halves, pushing the tips up the ramps until they click into place.
