The ratchet ring version produces a fairly clear sound when printed in PLA at a standard print size.Printed in place – no assembly required. Not a bad way to keep your hands occupied if you need more concentration.After printing, carefully remove the support that holds the ratchet.When printing in PETG, the rotation is smoother and more gliding, but the sound is duller. When printing in PLA, the ring rotates less smoothly, but the ratchet sound is clearer.The internal diameter is small – 16 mm – and can be scaled down carefully, no more than 70% of the original size, and up to 150% larger.There's also a version (v2) with a larger ratchet gap among the STL files; for some reason, the first version didn't work correctly for everyone.Don't hesitate to ask for support if you're having trouble.
