Clicking Fidget Wheel+

All I did was increase the tolerances on giruderur's design. It should all fit together without having to adjust any scaling. I also added a top/bottom print for printing the shell as the same color.

PS: I use supports when printing the ring, wasn't sure how to get it just right otherwise.
