20 mm crimp climbing hold with integrated sling ring, designed in Fusion 360. Rounded edges for better comfort, sized to fit a large male hand, primarily intended for finger warm-up, can be used for strength training. The print can also be used to with second pads as a jug or with an elastic band for dynamic loading.
