Closable Crawlspace vent cover

I have printed 1 sliders and 2 bodies so far. I will try to install complete vent cover tomorrow and post a picture.

3 years ago we had frozen pipes under the house since then I installed a temperature controlled heater that kicks on at 45 degrees. Hopefully this will reduce my power bill by closing the vent in the winter. Duct tape over the vents tends to fall off in a month or two, and looks ghetto.
