Closed SV08 Hat w/ heatset insert support

Original SV08 Top Extension kit with but closed the triangular vents in the original model to keep the enclosure heated. Also added an option for M3 heatset inserts for bolting either stacking extensions, or other accessories. Also added an option without the HDMI touch screen mount for those that won't use it.I printed it out with the Voron part print settings (but with supports on the build plate only).
