This fits wooden rods labeled as 31.75mm (1 1/4 inch). The actual hole size is 31.5mm (1.24 inch) To install, mount one bracket, attach other bracket to the rod, insert the rod in the mounted bracket. Ensure that your rod length is as tight as possible between the brackets to keep the rod from coming out.
