This Clothes hanger spacer is the right think for you :)
It's designed to fit on hang rod with dimension showed on sketch picture.
It can be wider or slimmer just by modifying Z scale in slicer.
For slim clothes like t-shirts is good 10mm for hoodies and thicker clothing is good 20mm.
