This was designed to fit a clothes horse with 6mm OD rods. If the rods are smaller you can use electrical tape to shim it. It should be a tight fit and not pull off easily.
Printed mine in PETG with 40% infill 0.2mm layer height.
Update: Added another version that should be stronger if you're worried about strength.
