Redesign to suite the 'Z' Hights better and thicken the bottom "skirt" a bit.
The short version still included.
Designed up this CNC dust shoe to use on my 3040 China CNC machine.
The router mount ID=52mm while the vacuum cleaner spout is OD=32mm to fit my equipment.
most CNC spindles on the 30/40/60 ranges are 52mm but do check yours.
Printing:
1st print will be on 4 walls setup with low infill (15% max) if this will break I will increase the infill to 45% to have more sturdy part
Post printing:
I plan on a leather skirt to be glued along the inner wall of the shoe and support the dust collection , bristles could be used I suspect but I do not have any :)
