CNC Dust shoe

Update Jan 11:
Dust shoe split into two parts for easier removal/mount
Additional holes for magnets added.

Description:
CNC Dust shoe that fits spindle mount for c-beam from makersupplies.dk
Used with Kress 1080 end other 43mm spindles.

Hole for vacuum is 35mm which fits most machines.

BOM:
12 pcs. 5x3mm magnets
3 pcs. M5 screws
1 pc Broom (Only need the hairs)
1 pc epoxy glue


Instructions:
Glue magnets into shoe and mount, 6 pcs. for each part.
Screw mount onto spindle mount using M5
Cut hairs from broom and glue into groove of shoe using epoxy.

SCAD Source file included to enable for customization to your spindle mount. Have fun and let me know how it goes.
