CNC Mill

Custom design vertical CNC mill, made out of cast aluminum plates and T-Slot extrusions from Misumi and 80/20. Hiwin HGH20 rails, TBI Motion ground ballscrew 16mm and 20mm, Closed loop steppers or Servos. Some parts of the model (steppers, etc.) were create by other contributors. The Fusion 360 model has full working sliding components with joints. All fasteners are in a separate components so can be easily turned off, but included for accurate BOM calculations. The enclosure is separate and can also be turned off if needed. Machine is in the process of actually being built.
