Member Chris7875 had some trouble with his print as the ballbearing didn't have enough clearance and the vertical edges were too weak. I therefore followed his suggestion and added 0,5 mm room for the ballbearing and made the vertical edge 1mm thicker on both sides.

CNC Machines with a moving bed (like the popular Genmitsu 3018) are not ideal for a long y-axis, since the longer the y-axis, the more prone to sagging it becomes. I made that experience when I upgraded my 3018 CNC with 600mm 2040 aluminium profiles. As a remedy I designed this y-axis support. Positioning it on the y-axis at the same level as the router bit dramatically improves the rigidity of the bed. In order to use the support, you will need one 608 bearing (the standard bearing used for skateboard wheels) for every y-axis support. It works best with a flat spoilboard (not so much with
