If you have a CNC Router Parts Pro CNC Machine ( eg. PRO 4896/60120), and you use servos (eg. DMM) and a larger spindle (eg. 3.5kW), the drag chains provided by CNCRP are a bit tight for room. Also the cables are large and heavy and need some internal management.
The 75mm insert caters for :
7 x 6mm cables (eg. Proximity sensors, Servo encoders)
4 x 10mm cables (eg. Servo power cables X, Y1, Y2, Z)
1 x 15mm cable (eg. Spindle 3phase+Earth flex power cable)
The 50mm insert caters for :
4 x 6mm cables (eg. Z/X Axis Servo encoders, Z+ Proximity sensor)
2 x 10mm cables (eg. Servo power cables X, Z)
1 x 15mm cable (eg. Spindle 3phase+Earth flex power cable)
This thing includes a 3D Printable insert for the 75mm x 25mm and 50 mm x 25mm drag chains included in the CNCRP PRO kits. For the 60120, I printed about 15 of the 75mm inserts, and 12 of the 50mm inserts. Depending on size of your unit and spacing, you will need to decide how many you need.
