Coaster Holder (minimalist)

This is a reduced-material, rubber-band-based coaster holder designed to hold the splendid [Infill Coasters](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3027141) by imdbcool.

Hooks on 3 levels mean holder capacity is adjustable. When "full" it holds 8 coasters. I'm pretty sure it could hold 9, maybe more; the rubber bands should stretch across the top when overfilled.
